Chapter 163: Extra Story of Raymon 13
Arriving at Raymon's house, he sensed that she was having something unsettled, his head lowered to look at the small thinking face. "How are you? What are you worried about?"
She clutched his shirt tightly, raised her head to look Raymon in the eye, hesitated for a moment, and finally spoke. "I'm so scared your family doesn't like me."
Without hesitation, Raymon lightly smacked her forehead with a hand, and Jane glared at him sulkily. "Don't worry, everything will be fine."
"You sound simple, my family and your family are not the same."
"Why isn't it the same?"
She leaned on his shoulder, muttering. "The background is not equal, they will think I am not worthy of you."
Raymon laughed, reaching up to hit her forehead again.
Jane started to get angry, pushing him away. "Don't hit me."
Seeing her angry, she looks so cute. He pinched her cheek.
Jane was in pain, sulking. Raymon had to sit and comfort his wife, to calm her anger. The maids also smile.
His and her love story quickly spread to Raymon's parents, who began to look forward to seeing how the woman could win Raymon's heart.
Raymon's parents knew that their son had only toyed with women before. This time he wants to get married, so this woman must be very special.
Raymon entered the room and said. "Jane, my mom just called to say she wants to see you."
She was surprised and looked at him. Every time he appeared, he announced shocking things that made her unable to adapt.
"Why are you surprised?" He asks.
"Going to see your family, this surprised me. I am not ready yet."
He reached out and pushed the hair that fell from her cheek behind his ear, his head bent down to meet hers, teasingly. "Don't worry, you have to meet my parents anyway."
Although he said it seemed reasonable, Jane still couldn't help but be afraid.
Tomorrow.
Standing in front of Raymon's house, her hands clenched tightly, her body standing motionless, showing no sign of moving.
Raymon grabbed her waist and went inside the house, but she didn't move forward, he turned his head, frowning confusedly at her. "Why do not you go?"
"I... I..."
She hesitated, her eyes averted, not looking at him.
Raymon smiled, his hand gripping her trembling hand. Feeling the warmth of his hand, she felt relieved, her uneasiness was reduced.
"Don't worry, no matter what, I'm by your side."
She took a deep breath, straightened her back, and fixed her eyes, accepting the challenges that lay ahead.
Raymon looked at her, he wanted to laugh but he couldn't because he was afraid she would get angry again. As soon as she stepped inside, Jane was not aware of her surroundings, when suddenly an elderly woman smiled and rushed to push him away and hugged her.
Jane was taken aback, standing bewilderedly watching the maids smile at her, Raymon's face unhappy.
"My daughter-in-law, Raymon finally brought his girlfriend home, and introduced everyone to meet."
She was shocked, in her mind, the word 'daughter-in-law' made her panic.
In other words, the person hugging her is her mother-in-law? This was so sudden that she didn't have time to react.
Raymon pulled the two women apart, pulling her into his arms, he was not happy to tell his mother. "This is my wife."
Raymon's mother was about to grab her cheeks for a kiss but was pushed away and warned by her son, her heart hurt, and her eyes hurt as she looked at him.
Raymon helplessly held his head, he didn't understand how his father could love his mother so much.
This woman coddles number two, no one dares to be number one.
Seeing his wife being cold-hearted by his son, and not allowing his daughter-in-law to hug him. Raymon's father lowered his face and spoke coldly. "You don't bully my wife."
He says. "Is your wife hugging my wife."
Jane did not understand what situation was unfolding before her eyes. Is Raymon jealous of his biological mother?
Raymon's mother glared at her son again and walked over to Jane. Right now all her attention is on Jane. She nodded. "She's great, lovely, cute."
Her voice is soft, soft, and a little sweet.
Jane feels that her mother-in-law is gentle, the man who claims to be her husband is also warm, and Jane can see the affection he has for her in his eyes.
Looking at her man, Jane sighed, he wasn't like his parents. Arrogance, arrogance.
"I'm glad you guys accepted me."
"I have to thank you because you made Raymon truly love you." Raymon's mother said.
He smiled shyly and announced that Jane was pregnant.
Raymon's mother happily stared at Jane's belly, her hand carefully touching Jane's belly.
"That way, I won't worry anymore."
"Why are you worried?" Raymon involuntarily spoke up.
Raymon's mother patted her son's arm lightly, disapprovingly.
"You are thirty years old and still not married. No woman is by your side for a week. I fear no grandchildren later."
Raymon's face darkened. Now he wants to change his life, his mother keeps reminding him about it.
Time flies so fast, it's time for Raymon and Jane's wedding.
The day before, Raymon led Jane to the parking lot, they went to the hospital to check on Jane's health again to make sure nothing was wrong. He was afraid the party would make her tired.
Jane saw that he kept worrying, and she encouraged him. "Don't worry, our happy day, have a good time."
"I'm just afraid you're tired."
She turned around, her hands cupping his face, her eyes looking straight into his. "I and the baby are healthy, don't think too much."
Raymon began to relax.
As Jane lay in bed for the ultrasound, the image of the fetus gradually appeared before their eyes.
Something choked in his lap, his hand gripping hers.
Jane was also moved by seeing her baby through medical equipment for the first time. In more than six months, the baby will be born, by which time she can touch, and not need to look at the picture of the baby.
"The fetus is developing very well, the mother and the baby have no signs of abnormality."
Hearing the doctor's diagnosis, he and she felt at peace.
